· God, I thank you that you have provided a way for me to receive your Free Gift of Eternal Life;

· I know that I am not perfect. I know that I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness;

· I believe that nothing I can do on my own will earn me a place in Heaven;

· I believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for my sins;

· And that He rose from the dead and is in Heaven right now preparing a place for me.

· I turn from my sins now and receive Jesus Christ as my Lord, my God, my Savior and my Friend.
